At present, no formal consultation is open.
This Green Paper has been published as an independent contribution to public debate. Any future consultation — whether conducted and owned by Government, supported as an independent exercise, or hosted independently by the author — will be announced separately.
If an independently hosted consultation is opened, details will be published on this page, including:
- the scope of consultation,
- submission routes,
- data-protection arrangements, and
- publication and attribution standards.
Until such time, messages sent via this page or by email are treated as expressions of interest only and will not be treated as consultation submissions.
